Bringing Creativity into the Counselling Arena

For any professional who would like to explore bringing creativity into their work with Service Users and Tools to cascade to other Team Members. 


DAY 1 AIMS:
To provide an opportunity for all participants to experience tools which allow, self-exploration and support network using a number of Creative Materials
   

Learning outcomes:
All participants are offered a chance to gain insight into themselves and how they can adapt these tools for professional practice 
All participants will have a understanding the various mediums of communication
All participant experienced areas to improve well being at work 
The participating members will leave with a number of skills to build upon which will improve their professional practice

 

DAY 2 AIMS:

To provide an opportunity for all participants to experience tools which allow, self-exploration and experience various ways to improve reflective practice, using various creative materials.


Learning outcomes:
All participants are offered a chance to gain a deeper understanding of the theoretical background and practice of these skills as a tool. 
All participants will have experiential knowledge of the various creative mediums
All participant experienced areas to improve well being at work 
The participating team members will leave with a more in depth knowledge of stronger tool kit to integrate into their professional practice
All participants will leave with a greater understanding of their own needs to improve Well Being at Work 

Facilitating the Facilitator - 4 Day Course

This training is available for any individual who would like to start a group, run a group or is currently running a group and would like to understand more about group process, dynamics and build confidence within this field

 

AIMS TO:
• Explore Why & When to Facilitate A Group

 Focus on Boundaries (Personal & Professional)

 Consider the Role of the Facilitator and Co-Facilitator

 Identify Overt & Covert Communications within Groups 

 Clarify Leadership Styles 

 Work with Difficult Scenarios

 Explore Endings

 Consider the importance of Caring for Yourself

Learning outcomes:
All participants are offered a chance to gain a deeper understanding of the theoretical background
All participants will have experientially focus upon group dynamics and process 
All participants will be able to recognise why and when a group is necessary and have the necessary theoretical and practical tools to facilitate a group
The participating team members will leave with a more in depth knowledge of stronger tool kit to integrate into their professional practice
All participants will leave with a greater understanding of their own needs to improve Well Being at Work
